Meet the Doctor…

Kimberly Rossman

Optometrist

Dr. Kimberly Rossman grew up in rural Alberta, near the small town of Barrhead. She earned a Bachelor of Science at MacEwan University in Edmonton and then moved to Oregon to attend optometry school. She graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry.
Clinical externships took Kimberly across the United States and Canada. She practiced family eye care on Vancouver Island and also gained experience working in a co-management clinic in Colorado where she was able to shadow a variety of ocular surgeries. Ocular disease was very prevalent in her externships in Wyoming, as well as at the Lexington Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Kentucky. After graduation she practiced at the private practice in her hometown. Due to the clinic’s rural location, she managed and treated a wide array of ocular diseases and injuries.
She practiced in her hometown before moving to the Vernon area. She loves working with children and can’t wait to provide eye care to families and individuals of all ages in the Okanagan. In her spare time, Kimberly can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and dogs. She loves travelling, eating good food and enjoying a campfire with friends and family.
